Hajj legitimacy and virtues
Pilgrimage to the House of God is
one of the best deeds, and the endings of the ablutions and acts of worship in
which the slave draws close to his parents. The Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him) was asked: What is better? He said: "I believe in
Allah and His Messenger, and Jihad in the way of Allah," he said: Then
what? He said: "Pilgrimage is justified."
One of the great pillars of this
religion is the pilgrimage of the House of Allaah, where Allaah has assumed all
His slaves, men and women, both great and small, who have attained the
pilgrimage of the House of Allaah, and made it one of the pillars of Islam. (
God and the people pilgrimage to the House he has the means and Kafr God goes
worlds ) [Al - Imran: 97], and said swt: ( authorized in people pilgrimage unto
thee men , and on every lean come from every deep ravine ) [Hajj : 27].
It is essential that a person
should perform Hajj and perform it immediately if the conditions of duty are
met. The taxpayer may not delay him as long as he is able to perform it. He
said: " O people, Allaah has imposed Hajj on you ." And the original
in the commands of Allah and the orders of His Messenger - peace be upon him -
that the taxpayer must comply immediately and not lax or delay in their
implementation, except as evidenced by the legitimate evidence that it may be
delayed and not immediately.
On the basis of this, whoever is
able to perform Hajj on his own body and money will be able to perform the
obligatory duty, but if he is unable to perform the Hajj with his own body and
money, then he must not perform the Hajj, and whoever is unable to do Hajj with
his money only. The Hajj requires money, like someone who is in Makkah. This is
obligatory for him to perform the obligatory prayer, because he is capable of
Hajj and is able to do Hajj.
